I hate some of the achievements so much. Well done menu, sounds, etc. No mute button during quiz. Annoying. So is the "leave the window open for an hour achievement." Don't do that unless it's a really long RPG or something.

Worst username change: click on "Worst name change" and click on the user's name at the top (Jon). Delete the name and type "wreckages".

Spammer: click 250 times. I seemed to to this for more than 250, but I kept trying. I clicked for a long time, then did the quiz, and continued to click while doing the quiz whenever I rememebered to do so. I went back to the main page thinking I would have to click on the Biggest Spammer award button, so I did that until I got it (it wasn't very long so, some if not all clicks must have counted elsewhere).
